Explore What We Offer
Our goal is to offer appointments when you need them, not weeks or even months away. We also strive to make scheduling as easy as possible, either by clicking the links on this site (which allow you to schedule your appointment yourself) or you can always contact us by phone or email if you prefer! Of course, if you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Initial Consult
Initial, no-charge consult to discuss your medical history and goals, as well as to determine whether a GRFW membership would be a good option for you. Up to one hour, no obligation to sign up. No treatment plan, prescriptions, or orders will be written at this time; simply a “meet-and-greet” for both parties to decide if we will be a good fit.
Telehealth Membership
Age-based membership fees, billed automatically once a month. No limit to number of appointments per month. Family plans available, just ask!
Age 0-10: $10
11-17: $15
18-25: $20
26-44: $40
45-64: $50
65+: $70
Non-Member Visit
Single visit for non-member, payment due at time of service ($100 for 1 hour, $75 for 30 minute). This type of appointment would typically be used by someone who does not live in the area or would not use our services very often, and is needing treatment right away (for example, a respiratory infection or UTI).
We can evaluate and treat most conditions, and will do our best to “think outside the box” to get you the care you need. If we can’t address your concerns, we’ll get you set up with someone who can! Common conditions we can address include (but are certainly NOT limited to):
Illnesses or injuries
Weight management
Sleep disorders including sleep apnea
Chronic disease management (such as diabetes, hypertension, etc)
Menopause and peri-menopausal conditions
Migraines/headaches
Remember that we do not accept insurance of any type, including Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO/PPO plans. However, membership fees or visit charges may be tax deductible or eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement so check with your plan or tax adviser.
Unfortunately, we are unable to see Medicaid patients at this time.
