How Scheduling Works
For NEW PATIENTS: Please call or email us, so that we can make sure that you are set up with the right type of appointment.
For ESTABLISHED PATIENTS: You will have the option to schedule your own appointment online. Simply log in to your portal and click on “Schedule Appointment.” Follow the prompts to select your preferred date and time, and that’s it! Of course, you still have the option of calling or sending an email if you prefer.
Hours
Monday: 10am - 4pm
Tuesday: 8am - 4pm
Wednesday: 8am - 4pm
Thursday: 8am - 4pm
Evening (until 7pm), Friday, and Saturday appointments available by prior arrangement
Sundays: Closed for time with family
How virtual visits work:
At this time, we only have the ability to conduct virtual visits. Believe it or not, we are actually able to evaluate and treat many common conditions by virtual means. Video is preferred because we are able to actually see you and get much more information about your condition this way, but phone-only can be an option in some cases.
When your appointment is scheduled, it will be set as a “telehealth” visit by default. Approximately 45 minutes prior to your appointment time, you should receive an email reminder of your appointment. This email should also include a Zoom link that will allow you to connect your phone, tablet, or computer to the video chat. If for some reason you do not receive this link, please call us.
